Logo Design Services Terms & Conditions Introduction: These terms and conditions govern the provision of logo design services (“Services”) offered by Alt Graphics (“Designer”) to clients (“Client”) via the Designer’s website at altgraphics.in.

Scope of Work: Alt Graphics agrees to provide logo design services to the Client according to the specifications outlined in the Client’s request and as agreed upon in writing or via email communication.

Delivery Timeline: Alt Graphics will provide an estimated delivery timeline for the initial logo concepts and subsequent revisions, usually taking 1-2 days. Delays in the delivery timeline may occur due to factors beyond Alt Graphics’ control, and Alt Graphics will communicate any such delays to the Client promptly.

Revision Policy: The Client is entitled to a 5 No of revisions as outlined in the agreed-upon package or contract. Additional revisions may incur extra charges, which will be communicated to the Client before proceeding.

Refund Policy: Clients are eligible for a full refund if the designer fails to deliver the logo within the agreed timeframe or two revision attempts. Refunds will be processed promptly under these conditions. Once the refund is processed, it may take up to one week to reflect in your bank account.

Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights: Upon full payment, the final logo design(s) will be transferred to the Client, granting the Client full ownership and usage rights. Alt Graphics retains the right to showcase the work in their portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Client Responsibilities: The Client agrees to provide timely and constructive feedback to Alt Graphics throughout the design process. The Client also agrees to respond promptly to communication from Alt Graphics and provide any necessary information or assets required for the completion of the project.
